The Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet features a clean air working area of Class ISO-5, according to ISO-14644, Class 100

This laminar flow cabinet provides a clean air working area of Class 100 (ISO 5). The cabinet functions by pulling air evenly through a pre-filter and then blowing it through a HEPA filter into the work area. The air flows vertically across the work surface, thus preventing air turbulence that could cause cross contamination.

The IV-Gel is a modular cabinet, which can be easily assembled in any given space. It is simple to operate and works quietly.

 

Features of IV-Gel

 

Control Panel The CPT (control panel tac) control panel has a digital display that shows air velocity, inside pressure and fan operating conditions. The CPT also has an alarm that is activated when there is a pressure drop or the main frame filter becomes clogged. On/Off switch for cabinet fan, light and stand-by mode.

Fan System The ECM fan is technologically designed to compensate automatically for filter clogging while providing quiet operation. Cabinet consumes 30-40% less electricity.

Lighting & Electricity Two (2) fluorescent light bulbs are installed at the top of the chamber, providing 400-600 Lux onto the work area.

Filters The IV-Gel has 2 filters: 1 pre-filter and 1 mini-pleat HEPA filter with a gel sealant efficiency 99.999% on particles at 0,3µm.

Sterility The IV-Gel work area is clean to the level of ISO5 (Class 100).
